Telephone Banking Now Available!!

We now offer telephone banking for our members from both Holyoke and Imperial. The system is designed to allow members to call into their accounts and access account balances, loan balances, and to make transfers and loan payments within their account. The banking by phone will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for customers to use at their will. The phone number is 1-800-204-6855.

The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 increased the insurance coverage on all 
accounts up to $250,000 until December 31, 2009.  This increase in coverage has now been extended to 
December 31, 2013.  On January 1, 2014, the standard insurance amount will return to 
$100,000 per depositor for all account categories except for IRAs and other certain retirement accounts 
which will remain at $250,000 per depositor. (This supersedes the October 3, 2008 changes.)
